Problemas en el timbrado de nómina por Subsidio al Empleo 2025

Derivado de las reglas de validación, incluidas en la matriz de errores del CFDI de nóminas, relacionadas con el subsidio al empleo para 2025, se han presentado casos en los que usuarios del sistema SFacil NOMINAS® han reportado dificultades para timbrar sus nóminas.
Recordemos que con los ajustes al valor de la UMA y los porcentajes del subsidio, el subsidio causado sufrió modificaciones. A continuación, se presenta un comparativo de los valores aplicables en los distintos periodos:

Causa del problema
El inconveniente no radica en el subsidio actualizado, sino en las reglas de validación aplicadas por el SAT para el complemento de nómina 1.2. Estas reglas, erróneamente, aún están ligadas a un tope de $407.02, establecido en las tablas anteriores al 1 de mayo de 2024, lo cual, en algunos casos, está generando errores al intentar timbrar los CFDI de nóminas.

Después de realizar varias pruebas, SOFTWATE FACIL® ha detectado que los errores mayormente se están presentando en nóminas, por sueldos, vacaciones y/o finiquitos, con un número de días pagados igual o mayor a 31, lo cual está causando que algunos usuarios no puedan timbrar sus nóminas.
Solución
SOFTWARE FACIL®, en tanto el SAT no modifique las mencionadas reglas de validación, ha liberado una actualización del sistema SFacil NOMINAS® para ofrecer una solución a este problema; en próximo comunicado se estará indicando como implementar esta solución.
